The Coast Fork Willamette Watershed Council invites you to celebrate 2022 with us at the Winter Watershed Soiree! Join us at this annual event that we have all come to know and love! There will be food, music and festivities and best of all, each other. We learned last year that we are not up to a hybrid event (online auction still available). Thank you to all who helped us figure it out…..the hard way. We hope you can join us however you are most comfortable!
Tickets: $30 members and $40 non-members – (include dinner and two drink tickets additional tickets can be purchased for $5/each). Unsure about your membership status? Email Angela McIntosh at angela@coastfork.org to find out.
Table Sponsorship: $1,000 (include dinner for 6 and two drink tickets per person, recognition in event marketing – social media and program)

Wine Wall: $20 each bottle – (To be picked up after the event)
Dessert Auction: Bid for your favorite Dessert – 5 desserts will be available via online silent auction. The main event will be night of the event. Cash, Card, Invoice or check can be accepted.
Silent Auction: There will be something for every price range. This will be done in a hybrid fashion. You do not need to be in attendance to win the auction or participate. Items not picked up by 5 pm on December 9th (without arrangement prior to December 9th) will go to the next highest bidder. Click here to start bidding today!
Watershed Awards: Recognizing those who helped us get through 2022!
While we encourage attendees to dress up for the event (cocktail attire), we will be excited to see you however you are most comfortable! For the latest information be sure to check us out on Facebook and “like” the event to be kept up to date!
