DESCRIPTION:Science on Tap is taking the month of August off\, but we will 
 be back with more great presentations from September - November!\n\n\n\n&n
 bsp\;\n\nScience on Tap is gonna take another quick summer break in August
 \, but don't worry\, we have the marvelous Martyne Reesman\, a fisheries b
 iologist with the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife in Springfield\, 
 returning in September. Her position focuses on community education and ou
 treach. Martyne will be talking about Chinook Salmon and their life histor
 y at September's event\, "Chinook Salmon: There and Back Again\, a Spawnin
 g Salmon’s Journey".\n\nWe host these family-friendly events on the four
 th Tuesday of each month from 5-7pm at the Axe &amp\; Fiddle\, 657 E. Mai
 n St. in Cottage Grove.\n\n\nEvents begin with informal socializing\, triv
 ia\, and updates about the watershed and watershed council. The Science on
  Tap presentation begins at 6pm.\n\nThe event is free to the public\, with
  a $5 donation suggested.\n\nALSO:\nJust a reminder that thanks to the ge
 nerous efforts of the talented Jim Lockhart\, you can revisit past present
 ations or catch up if you weren't able to make it in person.\nOur Science
