 e and open to the public. Featuring a tree giveaway\, free food provided 
 by the Duck Truck\, free face painting\, and music. 4th graders who attend
  will receive an ‘Every Kid Outdoors’ pass which will allow them and t
 heir entire family free entry into any National Park.\nArbor Day is put on
