Enhanced ecology of our Coast Fork Willamette Watershed

Mission

The Coast Fork Willamette Watershed Council serves to improve water quality and watershed conditions in the Coast Fork Willamette river basin through education, coordination, consultation and cooperation among all interests, using the collective wisdom and voluntary action of our community members.

Goals

Maintain and improve water quality.
Enhance habitat (especially aquatic, riparian, and wetland) for fish, wildlife and associated vegetation
Foster communication, learning and participation among all people with interests in the watershed.
Promote continued social, economic and aesthetic benefits from watershed resources.
Assist people in locating economic, educational and technical resources for watershed enhancement activities.
Gather, evaluate and share information about current and past watershed conditions.
Identify ways for citizens, organizations and administrative agencies to help achieve the goals of the Coast Fork Willamette Watershed Council.
